Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze hotel revenue performance,( occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR ), FB and Overall hotel performance
Prepare revenue forecasts and support annual budgeting processes.
Work closely with hotel team Implement pricing strategies based on market trends and demand patterns ( advisor )
Understand distribution channels, including OTAs and direct booking platforms and connectivity
Conduct and analyse rate parity
Prepare regular revenue reports and provide actionable insights to management.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Finance, and Hotel Operations teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Hotel Revenue Management, Revenue Analysis, or a related role.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and hotel revenue management systems.
Familiarity with PMS, Channel Manager, STR Reports,Revenue management system system or similar tools is an advantage.
