- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
- Coordinate employee hiring, onboarding, orientation, and deployment.
- Prepare employment contracts, job offers, and other HR-related documents.
- Maintain and organize employee 201 files and ensure records are complete and up to date.
- Monitor employee attendance, daily time records (DTR), leaves, overtime, and absences.
- Coordinate payroll preparation and ensure accurate submission of payroll requirements.
- Process employee clearances, resignations, and final pay documentation.
- Coordinate pre-employment and annual medical examinations.
- Ensure employees submit complete pre-employment requirements.
- Explain company policies, rules, regulations, and employee benefits
- Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.
- Prepare memoranda, notices, incident reports, and disciplinary action documents when necessary.
- Monitor employee performance evaluations, probationary periods, and contract renewals.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records.
- Prepare HR reports, manpower status, and recruitment updates for management.
- Coordinate training, seminars, and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with the Labor Code, company policies, and occupational safety requirements.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and employee concerns.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.
