Customer Success Specialist (Tele-MoM | Minutes of Meeting)

We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support lead management, client coordination, and post-meeting follow-ups in a dynamic work environment.
Fokus Target as a modern demand generation and digital agency that is already recognized by Top companies such as Lenovo, Grab, Microsoft, IBM, Cisco, SAP, Tech Data, NetApp, etc is growing rapidly from 3 employees to 60 employees in less than 3 years. We are also able to pivot our business during a pandemic and grow even stronger by keeping adding teams and launching new services.
What You’ll Do:
- Follow up on verified leads and coordinate scheduling for meetings between clients and users
- Support client meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and distribute them via email aligned with pipeline and business needs
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of user contact data, including updates in the system
- Monitor and track post-meeting progress, ensuring all lead statuses are updated accordingly
- Proactively remind clients to follow up on leads when there is no progress or action
- Conduct “last effort” follow-ups for inactive leads (over 2 months) and update status based on user clarification
- Ensure completeness of WON leads data (e.g., limit value, effective date) and coordinate with Sales/client team
- Follow up with users and clients regarding transaction issues or inactive usage (e.g., service not yet used, payment issues, etc.)
- Prepare and submit follow-up reports into the client tracker regularly
- Proactively generate new leads and utilize downtime (e.g., no scheduled meetings) to conduct outreach and follow-up calls
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in Thai or Vietnamese (MANDATORY)
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken & written) is preferred
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs & Sheets)
- Comfortable using email and internet-based tools
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured manner
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with high initiative
- Enjoys interacting with people and able to coordinate effectively
- Capable of decision-making, research, and report preparation
