Kualifikasi
• 1+ tahun pengalaman B2B sales (preferably training/EdTech/SaaS)
• Track record close deal Rp 30jt+ per kontrak (diutamakan)
• Komunikasi profesional (verbal + written)
• Familiar dengan CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot/Apollo)
• Proaktif, tahan tekanan target bulanan
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Drive pertumbuhan revenue B2B Linguo lewat outbound + inbound sales ke perusahaan, BUMN, dan institusi pendidikan. Target: language training untuk corporate (Vietnamese, Mandarin, Inggris bisnis, dll).
Tanggung jawab:
• Prospect & qualify leads dari Apollo, LinkedIn, referrals
• Pitch ke decision-makers (HR, L&D, GA)
• Build proposal custom per client (kelas, durasi, harga)
• Close deals dan handover ke tim Operations
• Maintain relasi pasca-deal untuk upsell/renewal
