Responsibilities:
Monitor and control warehouse operations from inbound to outbound to ensure they are in accordance with SOP and run smoothly.
Create reports on all inbound and outbound transactions.
Manage company inventory administration records.
Ensure warehouse security and product quality.
Ensure stock is in accordance with needs so that there is no shortage of capacity and dead stock.
Ensure all warehouse work is carried out in accordance with the provisions and work instructions that have been set.
Count stock (stock opname) every month and conduct cross-checks if there is a discrepancy between the stock count results and the goods on hand.
Monitor the process and propose improvements that can improve team performance.
Coordinate with other divisions regarding the distribution of goods delivery
Requirements:
Minimum Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Previous experience in Warehouse Operations/Inventory is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Advance Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, on weekend and public holiday.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willing to be placed in Karawang (West Java)
Immediate availability will be a plus.
