Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Educational Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university.
- Internship duration: 2 months (paid).
- Plus value: Experience in creating systems or databases.
- Preference will be given to active students who do not have class schedules conflicting with internship hours.
- Able to communicate professionally in English (both written and spoken).
Job Description:
- Prepare requirements for the implementation of internal and external training.
- Document training implementation in a training database (input dates, post-tests, trainer/facilitator evaluations, and effectiveness evaluations).
- Create a quarterly recap (every 3 months) of trainer/facilitator evaluations per material and per facilitator.
- Create content related to internalization of ARISE company culture.
- Store training implementation documents in the form of photos, attendance forms, facilitator evaluations, and effectiveness evaluations.
- Update the training database.
- Recap training implementation data including number of training sessions and number of participants per quarter (every 3 months).
- Create and distribute e-certificates for mandatory internal training.
- Report to the designated Management Team on prolonged handling of deviations related to product quality, authenticity, legality, and safety (for all levels).
- Implement management policies related to HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) implementation in their work area.
- Manage activity programs related to 5S, Kaizen, HSE, FSMS, Halal, and GATE (Goal Alignment & Team Execution).
