About the Challenge

As a Chief Finance Officer (CFO), you will be responsible for leading the overall financial management of the organization, including financial planning, budgeting, treasury, risk management, and business performance analysis. You will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making by providing financial insights, ensuring strong governance, and maintaining the financial health of the company.
You will work closely with the Board of Directors, senior management, business unit leaders, financial institutions, auditors, and external stakeholders to align financial strategies with corporate objectives and drive sustainable growth.
This role requires exceptional leadership, strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and deep expertise in finance and corporate governance. If you are passionate about creating value through financial excellence and business transformation, this role will challenge you to operate at the highest strategic level.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s Degree (MBA) and/or professional certifications such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or CFA will be an advantage.
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in finance, accounting, treasury, audit, or corporate finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position such as Finance Director, CFO, Head of Finance, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, cash flow management, taxation, corporate finance, risk management, internal controls, and financial reporting.
Proven experience in leading large finance teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and supporting strategic business growth initiatives.
Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence business outcomes at the executive level.
Responsibilities
Lead the company's overall financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management to support sustainable business growth.
Oversee treasury, financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, and risk management functions to ensure financial integrity and regulatory compliance.
Provide strategic financial analysis, business insights, and recommendations to the Board of Directors and executive management for key business decisions.
Manage cash flow, capital allocation, financing strategies, banking relationships, and investment activities to optimize financial performance and liquidity.
Drive financial governance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives while developing a high-performing finance organization.
