Key Responsibilities
- Answering client's inquiries
- Addressing issues with the orders and product inquiries via customer interface platform and from Facebook and email.
- Tracking Shipments and backend shipping inquiries
- General Research
- Updating addresses and client information
Qualifications
- 1 year live chat experience
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Can work 40 hours a week during US business hours, must be open to shifting schedule
- No other commitments, can start ASAP
- Has own work-from-home equipment
- Internet speed: At least 50mbps
- Computer processor: At least Core i5 or equivalent
- Complete with webcam & headset
