Responsibilities
- Process partner purchase orders and sales orders
- Coordinate with logistics/warehouse supervisor for delivery scheduling
- Maintain and update price lists, discount structures and program memo mechanics
- Track sales vs target by reseller, product segment and region
- Prepare weekly and/or monthly reports upon request
- Monitor inventory, aging stocks and reservations
- Flag potential stock-out or over-stock situations
- Maintain CRM or sales tracking tools and partner records
- Handle routine dealer inquiries (e.g. availability, ETAs)
Requirements
- At least 2 years in sales administration, customer service or sales operations, preferably in IT related hardware business
- Strong Excel/Google Sheet skills
- Comfortable with basic reporting and data analysis
- Experience with ERP/CRM (e.g. SAP) systems is an advantage
