About The Company:
The working venue is in Jakarta.
Our client is an Japanese Manufacture Company. Currently, they are looking for GA & HSE Staff (Open for Fresh Graduates).
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of company facilities and assets (buildings, vehicles, work tools, PPE, and uniforms) in compliance with HSE standards
Coordinate repair, inspection, and renewal processes for company assets, including HSE-related permits, environmental compliance certificates, and operating licenses
Prepare, organize, and review documentation for HSE inspections, environmental testing, and regulatory compliance reporting
Conduct routine workplace inspections to identify hazards, monitor PPE usage, and support implementation of HSE programs and safety procedures
Assist in workplace incident and near-miss investigations, including preparation of corrective action reports
Support HSE training, safety inductions, and awareness programs for employees
Prepare financial reports related to asset maintenance and HSE testing
Job Requirements:
Minimum Associate degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Public Health, or a related field,
Fresh graduate with relevant internship experience is welcome to apply
Basic understanding of HSE regulations, workplace safety standards, and environmental compliance
Experience and understand in handling legal agreement with vendor or third party
Detail-oriented with good documentation and administrative skills
