Requirement:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline.
5 -8 year of experiences in palm oil mill maintenance, industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance or heavy process plant maintenance.
Prior experience as Maintenance Engineer, Mill Engineer, Assistant Mill Manager, Workshop Engineer or Maintenance Planner would be an advantage.
Strong understanding of palm oil mill processes flow, critical equipment and maintenance requirements.
Familiarity with boilers, turbines, sterilisation systems, mechanical drives, pumps, conveyors, hydraulic systems, electrical systems and process plant utilities.
Experience in preventive maintenance planning, shutdown planning, spare parts planning and breakdown analysis.
Experience in maintenance budgeting, spare parts planning or maintenance-related CAPEX/OPEX tracking would be an advantage.
Experience with CMMS, ERP maintenance modules or structured work order systems would be an advantage.
