Business Function
Global Transaction Services (GTS) comprises of Cash & Trade, Securities Services and Fiduciary Services. In an increasingly borderless world marked by burgeoning trade flow, expertise in trade finance services is an invaluable asset. With cash the lifeblood of every company, so too, is a good understanding of how to manage these cashflows. Trade Finance, together with Cash Management, is the mainstay of GTS, and is extended to SME and corporate clients for their local and cross-border financial transaction needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop (enhance and maintain) new product/service/channel initiatives based on local market requirements, including roll-out of group initiatives that are relevant to the market
- Ensure Product governance; adherence to risks, regulations and controls required by internal policy and external regulators
- Responsible for the readiness of the channel, including the overall support models for the product
- Drive commercialization for the channels
- Own the P&L for each of the channel
- Conduct regular review, including pricing, support models, competitor benchmark
- Drive the channel strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement digital product enhancements and new initiatives
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement of digital product offerings
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products, including planning, development, testing, and deployment
- Ensure seamless integration and optimization of digital channels to provide a superior customer experience
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of digital product initiatives
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to digital product management, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Finance, or Information Technology
- Have experience in digital product management, transaction banking, or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing digital product initiatives
- Strong understanding of digital channels, customer behavior, and market trends in the banking industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
