Job Description:

1. Supporting Sales Network achievement through effectively deliver development program for Sales Agent and Sales Network leaders using various method    
2. Work with Sales Network leaders on ensuring ALDI partner are well informed about HCID product and process. 3. Monitor area's Sales Network KPI performance then work with and get Sales Network leader's support on development program for SA and DM.    
4. Promote self-learning through HaCI and DIKA for Sales Network    
5. Support implementation of company initiative in area level  


Requirement:

  1. University Degree from any major, preferred from management/ HR/ Communication/psychology

  2. 1+ Years of work experience in adult training or similar position

  3. 1+ years experience of work in Sales/ Financial/ Banking/ Insurance Industry 

  4. Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs

  5. Mastering basic Ms. Power Points (how to present, laser, animation, crop, etc.)

  6. Mastering basic Ms. excel (SUM, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table)

  7. Willing to do POS visit every week
