STORE LEADER (for Retail F&B)

Store Appointment: Tasikmalaya, Jakarta, Bandung, Batam, Balikpapan, Cikarang Karawang, Lombok & Bali

Responsibilities:
Managing and organizing all aspects of operating a Boost Juice outlet and responsible for sales achievement and the strategy including building, leading & managing a team in a fun environment whilst driving sales.

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field

  • Minimal Experience 2 years in retail F&B (Preferably Store Manager/Assistant Manager/Supervisor/Leader specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent).

  • Mastering F&B’s strategy in PNL, Labor Cost, Food Cost and COGS, Inventory Stock Opname & Excellence Service.

  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to tight deadlines in high-pressure situations.

  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to operate a high performing retail store.

  • Great communicator and proven leader.

  • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English.

  • Willing to travel.
