We are looking for a detail-oriented Parts Admin to manage inventory, procurement, and distribution of automotive parts while ensuring accurate stock control and smooth coordination with internal teams and suppliers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in parts administration, inventory management, or automotive operations
- Knowledge in inventory management and automotive parts
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory systems is an advantage

- Automotive parts and components
- Inventory control and stock management principles
- Procurement and supplier coordination processes
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and reporting tools

Responsibilities
- Maintain and update inventory records
- Receive, inspect, and store parts and materials
- Process parts orders for service and customers
- Coordinate with suppliers for procurement and delivery
- Monitor stock levels, shortages, and discrepancies
- Assist in inventory audits and reports
- Handle inquiries on parts availability and pricing
- Ensure proper storage and organization of parts
- Support inventory systems and process improvements
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
