Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to design scalable, secure, and compliant technology solutions for insurance and financial services projects. You will translate business requirements into end-to-end solution architectures, drive technology decisions, and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Design end-to-end solution architectures aligned with business and enterprise standards.
Create architecture blueprints, integration designs, and technical documentation.
Evaluate and recommend technology solutions and platforms.
Estimate solution costs, including infrastructure, licensing, and development efforts.
Provide technical guidance and ensure adherence to architectural best practices.
Analyse complex technical issues and recommend effective solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred.
Must have at least 3 years of experience as Solution Architecture.
Understanding of Project Management methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Strong knowledge of insurance platforms, CRM, business process automation, and cloud solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (including Dynamics 365), IBM webMethods, Informatica, Java, .NET, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, SDLC, and project management methodologies.
TOGAF or other Enterprise Architecture certifications.
Preferred Certifications: Microsoft, Software AG, or Java certifications, or FLMI certification.
Excellent communication skills in English.
