Key Responsibilities :
1. Drive and expand sales growth across offline channels (Modern Trade, Baby Shops, Pharmacies)
2. Manage key accounts and build strong, long term relationships with buyers and store owners
3. Lead negotiations for product listing, shelf placement, visibility, and promotional programs
4. Monitor and analyze sell in & sell out performance, and propose actionable strategies
5. Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
6. Identify new business opportunities and potential channels for expansion
Requirements :
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Key Account Executive / Sales Executive in offline channels
3. Background in FMCG, baby products, or healthcare products is highly preferred
4. Strong network in modern trade, baby shops, or pharmacies will be a strong advantage
5. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and handling key accounts
6. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
7. Strong analytical thinking and problem solving abilities
8. Highly driven, target oriented, and able to work under pressure
9. Willing to work full WFO in Grogol Petamburan, Jakarta Barat
