We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in Life Asia / Integral implementation projects.
The ideal candidate meets the following criteria :
- Life Asia / Integral Implementation Experience :
Experience in implementing Life Asia / Integral as a Project Manager — minimum 1 year of active PM role (not merely as a team member) - Insurance Domain Knowledge :
Solid understanding of life insurance business processes — including new business, underwriting, policy administration, claims, and reinsurance - End-to-End Project Delivery :
End-to-end delivery experience — from requirement gathering, system configuration/testing, UAT, go-live, to hypercare and handover - Stakeholder Management :
Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders — client business teams, Life Asia/Integral vendor, and internal RDS delivery teams - Risk & Timeline Management :
Proficiency in risk management and timeline control — experienced in maintaining project plans, tracking milestones, and proactively escalating issues - Communication & Documentation :
Strong communication and documentation skills — able to produce project charters, progress reports, meeting minutes (MOM) in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
