We’re a crypto-native media and agency company with two arms:
Minted Creative a communications agency for institutional crypto players licensed and supervised by Indonesia’s OJK.
Minted Media a retail crypto editorial brand (@mintedmedia_id, 47K+ followers) that turns the digital asset world into content people actually read.
What you’ll do
• Produce and Edit content across Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn, carousels, Reels/short-form scripts, threads, single posts.
• Manage community: replies, DMs, engagement, sentiment.
• Track the crypto market and Indonesian regulatory developments, and spot timely content angles.
• Report monthly on reach, engagement, and growth.
• Hold the line on brand voice and accuracy across every account.
What we’re looking for
Must-haves:
• Hands-on social content experience, with a portfolio of accounts you’ve grown or run.
• Strong writing in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Sharp instincts for IG/X/TikTok formats and trends.
• A self-starter who’s comfortable in a small, fast-moving team.
• Design (Canva/Figma) and video editing (CapCut/Premiere).
Nice-to-haves (trainable, not required):
• An existing presence or network in crypto communities.
• Agency or institutional comms background.
