Key Responsibilities
Provide 24-hour emergency travel assistance for corporate clients, including flight, hotel, and other travel arrangements.
Handle urgent itinerary changes, cancellations, and rebookings efficiently and accurately.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to resolve travel disruptions.
Ensure high service standards and prompt response to client inquiries during emergency support hours.
Maintain accurate booking records and travel documentation in the reservation system.
Qualifications
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant, preferably in corporate travel management.
Familiar with GDS systems (Galileo and Amadeus).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure during urgent situations.
Willing to work in shift schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
