Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Prepare detailed reports following client visits.
- Oversee client cases and requests until fully resolved, ensuring effective coordination with relevant departments.
- Assist with processes and take charge of Varnion events as needed.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Communication or Management
- Min. 1 year working experience in relevant field
- Strong communication and writing skill in English
- Good understanding in marketing strategy
- Possess pleasant and dynamic personality with great enthusiasm in marketing
