KUALIFIKASI


  • Pengalaman 2 sampai 3 tahun di bengkel tooling, injection moulding dan polesing

  • Domisili Tangerang

  • Pendidikan minimal STM

  • Dapat mengoperasikan Las Argon, Mesin Bubut, Mesin Milling, Mesin EDM

  • Dapat mengoperasikan mesin CNC menjadi nilai tambah


TUGAS & TANGGUNG JAWAB

  • Repair Moulding dengan menggunakan mesin EDM dan Las Argon

  • Maintenance perawatan core-cavity dan penyimpanan moulding di rak/layout yang sudah selesai di produksi

  • Mengecek semua kelengkapan moulding baik dari selang, nipel phenumatik, chiller, MTC, hot Runner

  • Preventif moulding sesuai dengan jadwal yang sudah ditentukan

  • Repair moulding di mesin, area bengkel, polesing, finishing
