Role Description:
We are recruiting individuals who can commit to shifts with work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
A strong proficiency in English is required to ensure effective communication with our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting and guiding customers in order booking taxi.
Inputting information received from email, texts and incoming calls.
Ensuring our customer data is accurate and update.
Skills Needed:
Effective communication in English, both written and spoken.
Competency with computers and typing.
Ability to manage time efficiently and make informed decisions.
About You: You are dedicated, attentive to details, and possess strong communication skills. You are able to adapt quickly and thrive in a team environment. Previous experience in a call center or front office or in a customer service role would be beneficial but is not mandatory.
NOTE: This is not a remote work and you cannot have a double job.
