We are PT Karya Antara Negeri & PT Karya Antara Benua trading as Imatutu, our main business is BPO provides 24/7 for our affiliated offices in Australia and New Zealand, established in Denpasar - Bali by June 2023. Due to the expansion of the company, currently we are looking:

Data Entry and Client Liaison Staff

Role Description: 

We are recruiting individuals who can commit to working shifts of 8 hours per day, 5 days a week. A strong proficiency in English is required to ensure effective communication with our client. Your responsibilities will include:

• Accurately input and maintain client details, appointment schedules, and travel requirements in internal systems.

• Arrange appropriate transportation based on client needs.

• Monitor bookings to ensure travel arrangements occur on time.

• Respond promptly to delays, cancellations, or changes to appointments or travel plans.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of client information.

Skills Needed:

• Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Ability to work calmly under time-critical conditions.

• Comfortable using booking systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications.

Note: This is not a remote role, and employees are not permitted to hold multiple jobs.

We are hiring for an early morning shift position, with working hours from 2:00 A.M to 10:00 A.M
