Requirements
Male
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or any related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the same or similar position
Fluent in Mandarin speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory
Able to communicate in English is an advantage
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience handling expatriate employees.
Familiar with RPTKA, KITAS, Visa Index, and Immigration procedures
Familiar with company licensing and operational permit management.
Experience in HRGA functions, payroll, BPJS, employment contracts, and disciplinary procedures.
Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
Job Responsibilities
Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operational activities,
Monitor departmental performance to ensure targets are achieved.
Act as a liaison between management and operational teams.
Coordinate and communicate with Mandarin speaking clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Translate documents, reports, and business correspondence as required
Prepare reports, operational analysis, and management presentations.
Liaise with government agencies, clients, vendors and external stakeholders
Lead and supervise office staff to ensure operational efficiency and productivity
Support the implementation of company policies and strategies
Perform other duties assigned by management.
