Kualifikasi :

  1. Pendidikan S1 Teknik Kimia / Teknik Lingkungan

  1. Minimal 2 tahun sebagai Process Engineer (lebih disukai di industri biochar atau biomass)

  2. Pengalaman dalam proses pirolisis, gasifikasi, atau karbonisasi menjadi nilai tambah

  3. Memahami proses termokimia (pirolisis, gasifikasi)

  4. Familiar dengan kontrol proses dan instrumentasi

  5. Analytical thinking dan problem solving yang kuat

  6. Pengalaman di industri renewable energy / waste management


Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :

  1. Mendesain dan mengembangkan proses produksi biochar (pirolisis/karbonisasi)

  2. Menentukan parameter proses optimal (suhu, waktu tinggal, feedstock, dll)

  3. Menganalisis performa proses untuk meningkatkan yield dan kualitas biochar

  4. Mengurangi waste, emisi, dan anggaran produksi

  5. Mengidentifikasi dan menyelesaikan masalah operasional (downtime, deviasi kualitas)

  6. Menyusun SOP, WI, dan standar operasional proses

  7. Memastikan proses sesuai dengan standar mutu dan regulasi lingkungan

  8. Mengevaluasi berbagai jenis bahan baku (biomassa) untuk efisiensi produksi
