Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new leads and develop potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Present and promote the company's products and services
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and client concerns
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to do fieldwork and client visits when necessary
