QC Supervisor
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or other related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a QC Engineer or QC Supervisor, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of Quality Control Management and Quality Assurance systems.
Ability to analyze external quality claims and internal quality issues.
Experience in coordinating TQM team members (QE, IQC, and OQC).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Familiar with quality improvement methodologies such as FMEA, 5 Why Analysis, RCA, and CAPA.
Experience in continuous process improvement and quality management.
Good understanding of Quality Systems, SOPs, and Operational Procedures.
Knowledge and experience in 5S/5R and ESD Management.
Able to control and ensure calibration of measuring instruments and production tools according to specifications.
Familiar with quality audit systems and manufacturing audit processes.
Good understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, including implementation, maintenance, and internal audit processes.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, presentation, and administrative skills.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and team management abilities.
