Responsibility:

  1. Mengelola dan monitoring jadwal tanam di lahan perkebunan, sesuai planning yg telah ditentukan dan memastikan pola tanam sesuai standard organik. 

  2. Mengelola SDM untuk area perkebunan sesuai jadwal tanam / produksi.

  3. Mengelola petani internal maupun eksternal agar pola tanam komoditas sesuai dengan perencanaan (production planning)

  4. Membuat jadwal tanam budidaya dengan mempertimbangkan sumber daya fam dan permintaan pasar

  5. Bertanggung jawab atas hasil produksi / panen setiap komoditas lahan

  6. Memastikan bibit, pupuk dan pengendalian hama komoditas sesuai SOP

Requirement:

  1. Lulusan D3/S1 Pertanian/Agronomist

  2. Memiliki pengalaman di bidang perkebunan hortikultura 1-3 tahun (pernah handle jagung & ubi manis menjadi nilai tambah)

  3. Memiliki komunikasi dan interpersonal skill yang baik

  4. Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan dan mampu mendelegasikan tugas dengan baik

  5. Dapat bekerjasama dalam tim maupun individu

  6. Bersedia penempatan di Ciherang - Jawa barat
