Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring excellent client communication and satisfaction.

4. Collaborate with presales and technical teams to create tailored proposals, demos, and solution recommendations.

Build and execute account plans to retain existing clients, increase revenue through upselling/cross-selling, and attract new clients.
Partner with technology vendors (Salesforce, Zendesk, Zoho, Google Workspace) to leverage tools, resources, and joint marketing activities.
7. Monitor project delivery, resolve client concerns, and ensure solutions meet expectations.
8. Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and new technologies to anticipate client needs and support consultative selling.
