Job Description:

  • Support technical troubleshooting and improvement activities by accurately conveying detailed engineering terminology (machining, welding, stamping, assembly processes).

  • Translate technical documents, emails, reports, work instructions, drawings, and presentations (Japanese ? Indonesian/English).

  • Participate in sales & marketing activities when required, including customer meetings, exhibitions, and proposal presentations to Japanese clients.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education: Diploma 3 (D3), Diploma 4 (D4), or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.

  • Able to speak Japanese with JLPT N2

  • Prior experience in Sales & Marketing or customer-facing roles is a plus.

  • Willing to work at Tambun Plant, Bekasi (Monday–Friday) and occasionally travel for business purposes.
