Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing production plans to meet customer demand and sales forecasts.
Coordinating with various departments to ensure the timely availability of raw materials, equipment, and labour resources.
Analysing production data and identifying areas for process improvement.
Preparing daily & monthly production reports and providing insights to management.
Create and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer orders and production capacity.
Coordinate closely with production, warehouse, QC, and sales teams to ensure on-time delivery and optimal inventory levels.
Support forecasting and capacity planning activities.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in a Ka Sie PPC or production planning role in the industrial manufacturing sector.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively.
Willing to be placed in Cimahi.
