Responsibilities:
• Prepare and monitor production schedules based on customer demand and production capacity
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and related departments to ensure material and production readiness
• Monitor production progress and ensure on-time delivery
• Analyze production performance and identify potential delays or bottlenecks
• Update production plans based on changes in priorities or customer requirements
• Prepare production planning reports and maintain accurate planning data
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in PPC, Production Planning, or a related role, preferably in the garment or manufacturing industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
