Kami mencari Marketplace Operation yang kreatif, komunikatif, dan mampu mengeksekusi strategi untuk meningkatkan performa penjualan di marketplace.


 Tugas:

  • Mengelola operasional marketplace
  • Mengelola program Affiliate dan menjalin kerja sama dengan creator
  • Melakukan briefing & koordinasi KOL/Influencer
  • Membuat copywriting untuk promosi dan campaign
  • Menjalankan aktivitas Marketing Communication (Marcomm) untuk meningkatkan awareness dan penjualan
  • Berkolaborasi dengan tim Ads, Sales, dan Creative

 Kualifikasi:

  • Minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan
  • Berpengalaman di bidang Marketplace/E-Commerce menjadi nilai tambah
  • Memahami Affiliate Marketing & KOL Management
  • Memiliki kemampuan Copywriting yang baik
  • Kreatif, komunikatif, dan up to date dengan tren digital
  • Target oriented dan mampu bekerja dengan deadline
