Job Description:
Responsible for tender and post contract process
Responsible for all cost estimating, cost planning, cost studies, cost monitoring & controlling, and measurement for the entire project life cycle
Responsible for determining quantities and costs accurately
Monitor project expenses and manage internal budget and cost control
Responsible for reviewing contracts, change orders, and variations to ensure accuracy and alignment with project objectives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering/Architecture
Experience in Property and Project, min. 5 years, preferably in mixed use development
Prior experience as Quantity Surveyor in high rise building/mixed use property / building contractor / property developer company
Certified in Quantity Surveyor is preferred
