Manager Quantity Surveyor

Kualifikasi Utama:

Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Sipil / Arsitektur / Manajemen Konstruksi.
Pengalaman kerja minimal [5 - 10] tahun di posisi yang sama atau sebagai Manager QS di proyek konstruksi (Fit out/Interior diutamakan).
Menguasai RAB, BQ, analisa harga satuan, dan sistem kontrak konstruksi.
Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi, analisis, dan kepemimpinan yang sangat baik.
Menguasai software seperti MS Excel (tingkat mahir), AutoCAD, SketchUp, atau software estimasi biaya (seperti Cubicost/Glodon menjadi nilai tambah)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Memimpin dan mengelola seluruh aspek komersial dan keuangan proyek dari awal hingga serah terima.
Membuat Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB), analisa harga satuan, dan perhitungan volume (BQ).
Melakukan evaluasi dan negosiasi kontrak dengan sub-kontraktor, pemasok, dan klien.
Mengelola proses progress billing, variation order (VO), dan opname lapangan.
Meminimalkan risiko pembengkakan biaya (cost overrun), dan menyusun laporan keuangan proyek secara berkala
