Job Description:

  • Mengawasi dan memberikan support untuk seluruh proses rekrutmen dan seleksi, memastikan akuisisi talenta terbaik

  • Mengelola hubungan karyawan, termasuk isu disipliner dan keluhan karyawan, sesuai peraturan yang berlaku

  • Mengerjakan perhitungan penggajian dan benefit dengan akurat

Job Requirements:

  • Pendidikan minimal Sarjana (S1) di bidang terkait

  • Pengalaman minimal 5-7 tahun sebagai Manajer HR atau HR Generalist senior

  • Mampu mengelola database karyawan, kontrak kerja, absensi, dan proses penggajian (payroll) secara akurat dan tepat waktu

  • Mahir dalam penggunaan Microsoft Excel, kemampuan penggunaan Lark/Feishu menjadi nilai tambah

  • Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, adaptif dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
