Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least SMA/SMK, preferably majoring in Mechanical, Electrical, or Engineering-related field.
At least 2 year of working experience as Utility Operator or in a similar role.
Have basic knowledge in operating and maintaining utility equipment (boiler, compressor, chiller, cooling tower, etc.).
Understand basic Occupational Health & Safety (K3) procedures and work instructions.
Disciplined, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Willing to work in shift system.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
