About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven ERP Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has proven experience in selling ERP solutions such as Odoo, SAP, or other enterprise software, understands business processes, and is passionate about helping organizations improve their operations through digital transformation.
Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities for ERP software solutions.
* Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other sales activities.
* Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and propose suitable ERP solutions.
* Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations.
* Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
* Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
* Collaborate with the implementation and technical teams to ensure successful project handover.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Stay updated on ERP industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP software sales, preferably selling Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle ERP, or similar enterprise solutions.
* Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
* Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
* Willing to travel for client meetings when required.
* Professional English communication skills are an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
* Existing network of corporate clients.
* Experience in B2B solution selling.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
* Knowledge of digital transformation and enterprise business solutions.
