Contract | Remote | UK Public Sector Project
OVERViEW
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to support the delivery of a UK Public Sector project.
The role will focus on assessing existing systems, defining target architecture, and recommending scalable technology solutions across a mixed technology estate, including Power Platform, Dynamics 365, legacy, and bespoke systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess current systems and define solution recommendations
- Design end-to-end solution architecture aligned to business and technical requirements
- Produce HLDs, architecture options, and technical recommendations
- Evaluate build vs buy vs extend approaches
- Ensure alignment to security, scalability, and performance standards
- Work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, and delivery teams
- Provide architecture governance and support across delivery
Mandatory Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect on complex programmes
- Strong experience across enterprise, legacy, and cloud-based environments
- Knowledge of Power Platform and Dynamics 365
- Experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience producing architecture documentation and solution designs
Desirable
- Financial systems or lending platform experience
- UK Public Sector experience
- Agile delivery environment experience
