Job Descriptions:
- Lead the planning, design, execution, and maintenance of visibility initiatives for Innovation Brands, ensuring strong brand presence and consistency across all retail touchpoints.
- Manage cross-functional coordination with Brands, Campaign, Retail Operations, Space & Range, Creative, Commerce, and other stakeholders, as well as external vendors, to ensure timely and effective project delivery from concept development through production and installation.
- Develop and enhance visibility strategies, campaign guidelines, and display standards, while overseeing execution quality and ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand identity.
- Supervise and provide guidance to team members in the development and execution of visibility projects, ensuring high-quality output, operational efficiency, and continuous capability improvement.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and vendor performance to ensure cost-effective implementation and successful campaign execution.
Requirement:
- 3–5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields, with experience leading projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong capability in 3D design and visualization, with a good understanding of retail fixtures, display materials, and production processes.
- Proficient in SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Able to work in team-culture, but also able to work independently to develop design concepts, technical drawings, and presentation materials from ideation to execution.
- Strong project coordination, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and up to date with retail, beauty, and consumer trends.
- Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously with working effectively under tight deadlines and ready to work on-site outside of working hours.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to guide and support team members while remaining actively involved in design development and project execution.
- Experience in FMCG, beauty, or retail industries is preferred
