Job Description
- Serve as a primary HR partner for stakeholders up to VP level, providing strategic and operational HR advisory.
- Lead and execute performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration, and improvement plans.
- Support and drive organization development initiatives, such as organizational design, role clarity, and workforce planning.
- Analyze and interpret HR data (performance, engagement, productivity) to provide actionable insights and recommendations to business leaders.
- Manage complex stakeholder dynamics, including conflicting decisions, urgent business needs, and issue escalation.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, regulations, and governance, while offering alternative solutions when requests conflict with HR rules.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in an equivalent HR role.
- Proven experience managing stakeholders at VP level or equivalent for at least 2 years.
- Strong hands-on experience in performance management, organization development, and HR data analysis.
- HRBP certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling urgent, high-impact situations.
