Job Responsibilities

  1. Channel Strategic Planning

    Take ownership of regional business KPIs, formulate annual channel expansion roadmap, and break down targets including store opening volume, payment collection and channel revenue. Build a multi-channel system covering self-operated stores, franchise stores and local distributors, tailored to Indonesia’s commercial clusters, consumer habits and local regulatory policies.

  2. Franchise Recruitment, Store Expansion & Commercial Negotiation

    Source high-quality franchise partners, shopping mall management teams and local channel resources. Conduct commercial area evaluation, negotiate rental terms & cooperation clauses, review partnership contracts, and launch standard stores, IP-themed stores and MINISO LAND flagship complexes. Perform financial ROI analysis for new store projects and screen qualified franchisees.

  3. Full-lifecycle Franchisee Management

    Develop tiered classification, capability empowerment and incentive systems for franchisees. Conduct regular store visits and on-site coaching, deliver standardized solutions covering store operation, merchandise allocation and marketing campaigns. Improve store survival rate and sales per square meter, underperform store rectification and terminate unqualified franchise partners.

  4. Channel System Construction & Risk Control

    Formulate franchise policies and standardized channel SOPs compliant with Indonesian local laws & regulations. Mitigate risks across contracts, capital flow, legal compliance and brand image to eliminate hidden operational hazards for all channels.

  5. Channel Team Leadership

    Build dedicated teams for franchise recruitment and key account management. Establish team KPI assessment and internal training frameworks, coordinate work allocation between local Indonesian staff and China-assigned employees, build high-efficiency channel teams and control labor costs reasonably.

  6. Market Research & Cross-functional Collaboration

    Monitor competitors’ channel models and commercial mall market trends, propose channel optimization proposals. Align with Merchandising, Store Operation, Finance and HQ Channel teams to ensure smooth execution of pre-opening preparation, merchandise supply and marketing activities.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum 8 years management experience in chain retail franchise recruitment and channel expansion; deep familiarity with Indonesia’s shopping mall landscape and local franchise market rules.

  2. Possess established personal networks with Indonesian shopping mall operators and potential franchisees; fully proficient in site selection assessment, commercial negotiation and full end-to-end franchise operation workflows.

  3. Possess holistic channel business mindset, strong expertise in store ROI calculation and full-channel risk management; capable of leading teams to hit annual store expansion and revenue targets.
