Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate, dynamic, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, representing a well-established international athletic brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and is motivated to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

  • Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations.

  • Prepare and deliver professional proposals, quotations, and contracts.

  • Negotiate effectively and close sales deals to maximize revenue.

  • Proactively follow up on leads and maintain consistent client communication.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the sports or athletic industry.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Excellent presentation and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

  • Willing to travel when required.
