We are an institution located in South Jakarta and are currently looking for a competent Building Engineering & Maintenance Staff to ensure that all building facilities, utilities, and systems operate safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the school to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Lead and supervise the Administration, General Affairs (GA), Security, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams.
- Ensure the school environment is safe, clean, and well-maintained at all times.
- Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and workflow improvements.
- Manage school facilities, vendors, procurement, and inventory.
- Oversee maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs and improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, safety regulations, and government requirements.
- Support school events, admissions, and other operational activities.
- Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to School Management.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or another relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Operations, General Affairs, or Facilities Management.
- At least 2 years of experience leading a General Affairs (GA) team or a similar operational function.
- Proven experience managing and leading a team of at least 10 members.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
