Qualifications
Minimum education: Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent, preferably in Beauty, Nursing, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience as a Beautician, Beauty Therapist, Clinic Assistant, or in a similar role.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of handling medical equipment preparation, administrative tasks, and reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic administrative tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills..
Willing to travel for business purposes, including training sessions, product demonstrations, and exhibitions.
Job Description
Assist doctors during product demonstrations, training sessions, workshops, and exhibitions.
Prepare and ensure the availability of medical kits and equipment required for daily operations.
Manage and maintain records of medical kit usage, clinical data, and related documentation.
Monitor inventory levels and forecast medical kit requirements to ensure stock availability.
Coordinate doctors' schedules and manage appointments through Qontak.
Follow up on post-demonstration activities in collaboration with the Sales team.
Prepare and submit reports on demonstrations, training sessions, and medical kit utilization.
