What you'll be doing
To lead and manage the entire plant operations efficiently, ensuring quality, productivity, cost effectiveness, on time delivery and safety focusing on Production, Quality Control & Maintenance
To build and develop a high-performance workforce, fostering teamwork, accountability and a culture of quality
To align plant performance with the company's goals and support long term business growth
To Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and regulatory standards while promoting sustainable operations
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Proven track record of at least 3 years as a Plant Manager in a F&B Manufacture company
Strong quality & technical background and understanding of Production & Quality Control
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of quality & continuous improvement
Proficient in using data analysis tools and techniques to drive operational efficiency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all stakeholders
