• Mengelola stok produk, input produk baru, deskripsi, dan foto.

• Menangani chat, diskusi produk, dan komplain pelanggan secara responsif dan solutif.

• Memproses order harian dengan akurat dan tepat waktu.

KUALIFIKASI:

• Pria/Wanita

• Pendidikan min. SMA/SMK

• Pengalaman min. 1 tahun sebagai admin marketplace

• Terbiasa dengan dashboard Tokopedia, Shopee, atau sejenis.

• Cekatan, teliti, dan memiliki kemampuan analisa data dasar.

• Komunikatif dan mampu bekerja dalam tim.
