Brexa is currently seeking an experienced Accounting & Tax Senior Executive on behalf of our client, a well-established company in the Japanese Metal Industry located in Cikarang


Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English/ Japanese Literacy, Business Administration, Management, Communication, or related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Board of Directors (BOD) Secretary or Executive Secretary

  • Previous working experience in a Japanese company is mandatory

  • Experience in handling executive schedules, business correspondence, meeting arrangements, and travel coordination

  • Experience in supporting senior management and dealing with confidential information

  • Experience in communicating with Japanese management and multinational stakeholders is highly preferred

  • Proactive, mature, and service-oriented personality

  • Strong integrity and commitment to confidentiality

  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

  • Flexible and willing to support management requirements beyond routine administrative duties

  • Good teamwork and cross-functional coordination skills

  • Familiarity with Japanese business culture and work etiquette will be an advantage


Job Description:

  • Managing PD’s calendars, appointments, meetings, entertainment and travel arrangements

  • Handling business correspondence, emails, letters, and other confidential documents

  • Acting as a liaison between PD, internal departments, headquarters, and external parties

  • Preparing reports, meeting summaries, and business documents in English

  • Managing filing systems and ensuring proper document control and confidentiality

  • Assisting PD with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

  • Supporting digital documentation and GA operation (car booking, golf, etc.)

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality

  • Digital literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Ability to prepare professional business correspondence, reports, and presentations

  • Strong coordination and multitasking capabilities

  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
