Yukerja Summary

The Market Abuse (MAR) Consultant role at Norman Alex is curated from Himalayas (category Hukum). This role is marked as remote — check timezone and location requirements on the official listing. Yukerja.com is not the employer — applications are handled on the official source site.

Our client, a Private Bank in Luxembourg, is seeking a freelance specialised in Market Abuse for a short-term assignment of approximately 10/12 days that could be spread on the next quarter. The consultant will be responsible for reviewing and managing market abuse alerts generated through BTCA (Bloomberg). This includes analysing trading activity, identifying potential insider dealing or market manipulation, documenting investigations, and escalating suspicious cases in line with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.

The ideal candidate would be bilingual French and English and would have experience in compliance or trade surveillance within financial services, on top of a solid knowledge of MAR/MAD/TMON regulations, and prior exposure to Bloomberg BTCA would be an asset.
